AtoB Transfers – Terms & Conditions

1. Price for the Journey

Our prices are fixed and based on the shortest route rather than the fastest. If a passenger requests a deviation from the driver’s chosen route, the fare may change accordingly. Typically, we charge £2 per additional mile.

2. Luggage

Each passenger is allowed:

  • 1 medium-sized suitcase (max total size 158cm / 62 inches, max weight 23kg / 50lb).
  • 1 hand luggage (approximately 56cm × 45cm × 25cm or 22" × 17.5" × 9.85").
  • Any luggage beyond these limits is not guaranteed to be accommodated and remains the responsibility of the passenger.

    3. Driver's Right to Refuse

    Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or if a passenger poses a risk to themselves, the driver, or the vehicle.

    4. Change of Plans

    If your flight is cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled, it is your responsibility to inform our office so we can update your booking. Any change in pick-up or drop-off location may result in a revised fare.

    5. Cancellations

    You may cancel your booking at any time; however, refunds will be issued based on how much notice is provided before the scheduled pick-up time:

    • 12 hours or more before pick-up: Full refund.
    • Between 6 and 12 hours before pick-up: 50% refund will be issued of the journey price.
    • Between 3 and 6 hours before pick-up: 30% refund will be issued of the journey price.
    • Less than 3 hours before pick-up or on-the-spot cancellation: No refund.

    No refund will be given if:

    • The passenger is uncontactable at the pick-up time.
    • The driver is already dispatched or en route.

    All cancellations must be made by phone or by replying to your confirmation email.

    5.1 Change in Pickup Time

    Changes requested less than 12 hours before pickup must be made by phone. We reserve the right to decline time changes or cancel the booking without refund. While we try to accommodate time changes, drivers often have back-to-back bookings, making last-minute adjustments difficult.

    6. Communication

    Ensure your phone is switched on and reachable at the time of pickup. This is our primary method of communication. Failure to answer may result in a missed journey, which will still be charged in full.

    7. Locate the Driver

    Our drivers make every effort to contact passengers upon arrival. They will guide you to the designated pick-up point, typically in the airport’s pickup/drop-off zones.

    8. Fouling the Vehicle

    Any fouling of the vehicle (e.g., vomiting or excessive mess) will result in a minimum cleaning fee of £30, subject to the severity of the issue.

    9. Requested Vehicle

    We do our best to provide the vehicle type you requested. However, based on availability and logistics, a larger vehicle may be sent at no extra cost.

    10. Flight Delays

    We accommodate flight delays of up to 1 hour. If the delay exceeds this window, we may cancel the booking and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We do not cover any additional expenses incurred as a result of this cancellation.

    11. Waiting Time

    We offer 40 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands (airport pickups only). After this, a charge of £10 per 30 minutes applies. If you're ready early, we will attempt to pick you up sooner, but early pickups are not guaranteed due to driver scheduling.

    For pickups other than airports, we offer a 15-minute free wait time. After this period, a charge of £10 per 30 minutes will apply.

    12. Child Seat

    We provide one free child seat if requested at the time of booking. While we make every effort to provide it, we cannot guarantee availability or suitability for your specific needs.

    Do We Make Updates to This Notice?

    Yes, we may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the updated version will reflect a revised “Last Updated” date and will become effective immediately upon being published. If significant changes are made, we may notify you either by clearly posting a notice on our website or by contacting you directly. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed about any changes and how they may affect your use of our services.
