It's rare to find a taxi service that pushes the boat out to help customers stuck in awkward situations. This is exactly what happened today. My friend needed picking up from Heathrow and her flight had been delayed in the States on route. Added to which, she had 3 enormous suitcases.No problem! Took his own car, left his family and drove down himself to fetch her. Even when the flight details seemed to show up as coming in tmrw, he still kept in touch, stayed there while we both checked UW and Flight Scanner respectively.Rang me back to say flight landed and he'd managed to raise her at Arrivals.Brought right to my door here in Luton.Cannot recommend enough. 10 Stars, never mind 5! Thank you so so much!!!
